About the Role
We are hiring a Clinic Director to lead the operations, performance, and clinical execution of one of our IV Nutrition locations.
This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the clinic including client experience, staff performance, and clinical quality.
This is a leadership-first role with full ownership of clinic success. You will be expected to drive results, develop your team, and ensure operational consistency while maintaining exceptional clinical standards.
What You’ll Do
Clinic Leadership & Ownership
- Own overall clinic performance, including revenue, client experience, and team execution
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for all clinic operations
- Set the tone for culture, professionalism, and performance standards
- Ensure alignment with company goals and initiatives
Clinical Oversight & Quality
- Ensure safe and effective administration of IV therapies
- Maintain compliance with all clinical regulations, standards, and protocols
- Oversee documentation accuracy and client care quality
- Provide clinical guidance and support to staff as needed
Team Leadership & Development
- Hire, train, and develop clinic staff
- Lead team performance through coaching, accountability, and goal setting
- Create a high-performance culture focused on results and client care
- Identify and develop future leaders within the clinic
Operations & Execution
- Ensure smooth daily clinic operations and workflow efficiency
- Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and resource allocation
- Maintain consistency in service delivery across all shifts
- Execute company initiatives, promotions, and process updates
Performance Management
- Monitor team performance and hold staff accountable to expectations
- Address performance issues quickly and effectively
- Partner with HR on employee relations and documentation
- Recognize and reward high-performing team members
Client Experience & Growth
- Ensure every client receives a high-quality, consistent experience
- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Drive client retention and repeat business
- Support local marketing efforts and community engagement
Qualifications
- RN
- Current and active NYS license required
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification preferred
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of vascular access or infusion experience
- Minimum 2 years of leadership or management experience
Technical Knowledge
- Google Platforms (Google Drive, Gmail, Google Meet, etc.)
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
- Anatomy, medical terminology, and clinical practices

Working Conditions
- 8–12 hour shifts
- 2-4 weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) per month required (based on staffing)
- Clinic environment with climate control and adequate lighting
- Extended shifts are scheduled in advance; mandatory overtime is not a regular expectation of this role
