About the Role
Our Corte Madera clinic is opening soon, and we're looking for a skilled, warm RN to join us as Assistant Clinic Director. Working closely with the Clinic Director, you'll be at the heart of what we do — delivering excellent IV therapy, building genuine client relationships, and helping keep the clinic running smoothly. The role is flexible on hours and is a path to Clinic Director, if of interest. You’ll have partnership and support from the Clinic Director and owners.
What You'll Do
Clinical Care & Quality
Start IVs and administer IM injections safely and with confidence
Monitor clients throughout treatment for comfort and safety
Prepare IV drips and manage treatment flow throughout the day
Maintain documentation accuracy and compliance with all clinical protocols
Client Experience & Membership Growth
Ensure every client receives a high-quality, personalized, consistent experience
Help clients understand IV Nutrition offerings and drive membership conversations through education, not pressure
Address client concerns promptly and professionally
Drive client retention and repeat visits through exceptional service
Operations & Clinic Support
Support daily clinic operations, workflow efficiency, and scheduling
Maintain consistency in service delivery across all shifts
Execute company protocols and keep the clinic organized and compliant
Act as primary point of contact when the Clinic Director is unavailable
Team Support & Development
Help onboard, train, and support new team members
Foster a positive team environment and contribute to a culture people are proud to be part of
Support the CD in coaching and maintaining performance standards
What You'll Bring
Licensure & Certifications
Current, active California RN license — required
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification — required
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification — preferred
Experience
1+ year of vascular access or infusion experience
Some leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Experience in a client-facing or wellness setting a plus

Full-time 40 hours/week (negotiable) | Clinic open 7 days a week | No overtime
1–2 weekend shifts per month based on staffing
