About the Role
Our Addison clinic is opening soon, and we're looking for a Clinic Director (RN required) to run the clinic and bring IV Nutrition's mission to life locally. The Clinic Director is the leader of the business — ensuring operational excellence and a positive team environment while creating an exceptional experience for every client. This role owns operations, clinic performance, hiring and performance management, sales, and all clinical execution. This is a role for someone who genuinely cares about people — clients and team members alike — and who also loves the challenge of running a business well. You'll be the heartbeat of the clinic: setting the tone, building the team, and making sure every client leaves feeling cared for.
What You'll Do
Lead With an Ownership Mentality
Own overall clinic performance — revenue, profitability, client experience, and team execution — as the single point of accountability for the clinic
Set the tone for culture, professionalism, and performance standards, keeping the clinic aligned with company goals and brand standards
Track KPIs and turn them into clear action plans, leading with an ownership mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement
Grow the Business
Drive sales through memberships, packages, retail, and wellness services, building a sales culture rooted in education, not pressure
Set and coach toward sales and retention goals — through client consultations, outreach, and loyalty programs
Review sales reports to spot growth opportunities, and partner with corporate on promotions and business development
Engage the local community through marketing, networking, and outreach
Deliver an Exceptional Client Experience
Ensure every client gets a high-quality, personalized, consistent experience that earns long-term relationships and referrals
Resolve concerns promptly and follow up when it matters — hospitality and exceptional care are non-negotiable
Champion Clinical Excellence
Ensure safe, effective administration of IV therapies, in compliance with clinical regulations, protocols, and physician/standing orders
Oversee documentation accuracy and client care quality, providing clinical guidance and support to staff
Promote a culture of safety, professionalism, and clinical excellence
Build, Develop, and Manage Your Team
Hire, train, and develop clinic staff, building a high-performance culture focused on results, client care, and growth
Spot and develop future leaders, recognize high performers, and hold regular performance and development conversations
Use performance metrics to drive accountability, addressing issues quickly and partnering with HR as needed
Keep the clinic on track toward its operational, sales, and client satisfaction goals
Keep the Day-to-Day Running Smoothly
Ensure smooth daily operations, consistent service delivery, and efficient workflows across all shifts
Manage scheduling, staffing, inventory, and supply ordering
Execute company initiatives and process updates, and keep the clinic clean, organized, and compliant

Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license — required
Current BLS certification — required

Skills & Attributes

Is This Role for You?
This role carries real responsibility — you're accountable for everything that happens in the clinic. Staff will need coaching. Clients will occasionally have concerns. Sales goals will need attention. Operational hiccups will come up, because that's just clinic life.
What we need from you is steady leadership through all of it: solving problems quickly, developing your team with patience, growing the business thoughtfully, and creating an experience clients want to come back to.
In return: competitive compensation and benefits, a great clinic environment, real ownership, a brand you can be proud to represent, and the chance to build something meaningful for your community from the ground up.
If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
