Receptionist / Client Care Coordinator – IV Nutrition Wellness Clinic

We’re looking for a warm, energetic, and dependable Receptionist to join our growing IV wellness clinic team. This role is perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for in a wellness-focused environment.

Our ideal candidate is personable, professional, organized, and passionate about health and wellness. You’ll be the first face clients see when they walk through our doors and an important part of creating a positive client experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with a friendly and welcoming attitude

• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to client questions

• Check clients in and out efficiently

• Provide and collect intake forms and client paperwork

• Maintain a clean, organized, and relaxing clinic environment

• Assist with light cleaning and restocking throughout the day

• Help care for clients during visits by offering drinks, hot packs, blankets, and general comfort support

• Support the nursing and wellness team as needed

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for every client

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality

• Passion for wellness, health, and helping others

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Comfortable answering phones and handling administrative tasks

• Willingness to help with clinic cleanliness and client comfort

• Previous receptionist, spa, medical office, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus
