Systems & Technology Coordinator
We are hiring a Systems & Technology Coordinator to manage and support the day-to-day execution of our technology stack across a growing franchise system.
This role is responsible for ensuring systems are implemented correctly, used consistently, and functioning properly across all locations.
This is an execution-focused role responsible for supporting franchisees, maintaining system integrity, and improving operational efficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Manage POS, Qvinci, Delightree, and Google Workspace
- Ensure systems are set up and functioning across locations
- Support users with setup, permissions, and troubleshooting
- Serve as primary contact for system issues
- Configure systems for new openings, promotions, and updates
- Ensure consistency across locations
- Train franchisees on system usage
- Create SOPs to reduce repeat issues
- Ensure clean data across systems
- Work with vendors on integrations
- Communicate with vendors and resolve issues
- Reduce manual workarounds
- Improve system adoption
Qualifications
- Experience with POS, CRM, or similar systems
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills
- Ability to troubleshoot efficiently
- Strong communication skills
- Experience building SOPs or training others

Your job is to fix issues, train users, and build systems that reduce repeat problems.
