Paramedic for IV Nutrition Clinic
Position: Paramedic
Status: Full-Time, Part-Time, Per-Diem
Location: Clovis, CA
Role Overview:
As a Paramedic, you will be placing an IV access and helping Clinic Director or RN administering intravenous vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients to our clients, helping them optimize their health and wellness. This role requires precise venous access skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality patient care.

Job Description and Key Responsibilities:
- IV Placement: Start IV access and monitor vital signs pre and post treatment.
- Client Monitoring: Assess client’s physical health, including vital signs, and monitor their response to treatment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, therapy services, assessments, and treatment responses.
- Client Communication: Effectively communicate with clients about their therapy, ensuring they understand the process and feel comfortable throughout their treatment.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to support clinic operations.
Qualifications:
- Education/Certification: Credentialed as Paramedic
- Required Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of anatomy, medical terminology, and medical practice functions.
- Expertise in venous access with the ability to access peripheral veins.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Paramedic, vascular access or IV infusion, with strong venous access skills.
- Skills:
- Excellent intravenous catheter placement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Customer service-oriented with a focus on patient confidentiality
- Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively
- Problem-solving abilities and independent judgment
