Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Project Manager to oversee and coordinate the clinic opening process for new franchisees. From the moment a franchise agreement is signed to the successful grand opening of each location, you will serve as the primary point of contact and guide, ensuring that every step is executed on time, within scope, and aligned with IV Nutrition’s brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main liaison between IV Nutrition corporate and new franchisees during the clinic opening process.
- Travel to clinics two days prior to opening day for a total of four days.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans and timelines for each clinic opening.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including real estate, construction, marketing, operations, training, and clinical.
- Provide regular updates and support to franchisees, helping them navigate site selection, permitting, build-out, staffing, training, and marketing.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks or delays throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all pre-opening milestones are achieved, including compliance with brand standards and operational readiness.
- Support planning and execution of grand opening events in collaboration with marketing and local franchisee teams.
- Continuously refine and improve the clinic opening process based on feedback and outcomes.
- Be ongoing support for your franchisees once they have opened their doors to ensure they are operating smoothly and successfully
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in franchising, healthcare, wellness, retail, or multi-unit operations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage relationships with franchisees and cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of the franchise business model and/or wellness industry is a plus.
