What You'll Do
- Start IVs and administer IM injections safely and with confidence
- Monitor clients throughout treatment for comfort and safety
- Prepare IV drips and manage treatment flow throughout the day
- Maintain documentation accuracy and compliance with all clinical protocols
- Ensure every client receives a high-quality, personalized, consistent experience
- Help clients understand IV Nutrition offerings and drive membership conversations through education, not pressure
- Address client concerns promptly and professionally
- Drive client retention and repeat visits through exceptional service
- Support daily clinic operations, workflow efficiency, and scheduling
- Maintain consistency in service delivery across all shifts
- Execute company protocols and keep the clinic organized and compliant
- Act as primary point of contact when the Clinic Director is unavailable
- Help onboard, train, and support new team members
- Foster a positive team environment and contribute to a culture people are proud to be part of
- Support the CD in coaching and maintaining performance standards
What You'll Bring
Licensure & Certifications- Current, active California RN license — required
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification — required
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification — preferred
- 1+ year of vascular access or infusion experience
- Some leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in a client-facing or wellness setting a plus
- Warm, confident clinician with strong bedside manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, adaptable, and a natural team player
- Ability to problem solve and demonstrate adaptability and resilience
- Genuine care for clients and team members alike

- Hourly salary + tips + commission

- Full-time 40 hours/week (negotiable) | Clinic open 7 days a week | No overtime
- 1–2 weekend shifts per month based on staffing
- Path to Clinic Director based on performance
